Brailled

Digital One is the premier full-service audio house located in Portland, Oregon, with unparalleled passion for post production, creating work for ad agencies, corporations and the film/TV industry. We are creative professionals that value a collaborative environment built on trust in each other and in our clients. Our primary business is in recording, editing, sound design, audio mixing, talent casting, music supervision, and delivery of work. We take great pride in being a key partner in our clients’ successes and are constantly looking for that next challenge to sink our teeth into. Good enough just isn’t good enough for us.

We are looking for the right person to be our new client services, production and marketing assistant. This position serves as our receptionist, concierge, scheduler, digital marketing assistant and all around assistant to our staff producer. The right candidate for this position will recognize him or herself in the following description:

You are naturally friendly and outgoing. You recognize the power of being networked and love being active in your community.

You have a strong ‘service ethic’ and enjoy taking care of people and exceeding their expectations with your attention to detail. And when other people are harried and irritable, you step up your game that much more.

You remember people’s names and faces and voices if not the first, then definitely by the second time. And you’ll track down their phone number and email address when they forget to give it to you.

You’re good on the phone and even better in person, and can juggle multiple balls without letting people see you sweat.

You have an aesthetic sensibility and a creative eye and you look for ways to express that, down to the littlest detail.

You had impeccable attendance in school and an excellent on-time record.

You enjoy reading and writing, love going to films and use your Tivo to watch the commercials for a second time instead of skipping them. You believe in honest business practices.

You embrace technology and see computers as your friend for creating cool things. You are not afraid of change.
