You have an aesthetic sensibility and a creative eye and you look for ways to express that, down to the littlest detail.

You had impeccable attendance in school and an excellent on-time record.



As the person responsible for the appearance and vibe of the studio, it is imperative that the candidate be self-motivated and detail oriented in fulfilling the following responsibilities and duties:

Answering phones, directing calls, and taking messages

Welcoming clients when they visit our studios

Maintaining the appearance of the studios

Keeping our clients fed, hydrated, and properly caffeinated at all times

Maintaining our inventories of office supplies, snacks, and beverages

Assisting the staff producers



Solid competency with Google Chrome OS and Google business apps (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Drive). An understanding of Apple macOS and MS applications (Mail, Word, Excel, etc); troubleshooting a plus

Excellent communication and organizational skills required

High School Diploma or equivalent



$12.00 – $14.00 per hour depending on experience



M-F 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
